Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the training for any reason, please notify us up to seven days prior to the seminar for a full refund less a $15 cancellation processing fee. Alternatively, you may identify a substitute to attend the course or you may make up the class when it's offered again. No refunds will be issued for no shows and cancellations received less than seven days prior to the seminar. In the event that we decide to cancel a seminar due to weather, low registration, etc, you will receive a full refund.
