2010 Goals / 1Q Performance

Since our office has started blogging, one of our goals has been to connect with our clients and make the work that we do more transparent and real. Our office is jointly funded from SBA and the Dallas County Community College District. As the primary funder, SBA dictates each year the goals for each state, which are then funnelled down to each center by that state's regional office. Those goals are centered around capital infusion and export sales which we measure at the end of each year. Additonally, we're measured on clients counseled, clients counseled for 5 hours or more. For the quarter ended 12/31/09, here's how we did on the counseling goals.
