There are many things I admire about entrepreneurs but it all goes back to believing, that in the end, they are the master of their own fate.

They are the first to see a need and jump to fill it. They have problems and may grumble, but in the end  if there is a way out of their problem, they will find it. Above all you won’t ever hear the words, “it’s not fair” because they learned long ago in the world of entrepreneurship and small business; talk is cheap; nothing is fair and no one is there to take care of you …but you.

The article below “The Places They Go When Banks Say No” talks about P.O. Financing, a step above factoring. The cast of characters show many facets of entrepreneurs.  The hero or the villain depending on how you view him, is the P.O Financing Man.  Then there is the middle sized business owner with orders but no money for manufacturing and the new entrepreneur trying to get started with not much credit history. One saw a need and filled it; the others had a problem and solved it. My favorite part, they didn’t bemoan it.  As the main character in the story said “I know I paid them a lot, but without them, I would have been home watching cartoons.”  Now that’s a guy that is going to make it through this crazy economy," just doing what ya gotta do."
