This week China unveiled its amazing chocolate wonderland to the world which is the country's version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The detailed and fully edible display included-among other items-a life size car and the Great Wall of China.  The purpose of the display is to demonstrate that culture can be shown in numerous creative ways; chocolate being one of them.  Whoever thought that chocolate could be used to create replicas of historical events and artifacts.  Just another reason why I love chocolate so much!
