We're a big fan of top 10 lists...David Letterman's current, er, struggles, notwithstanding. So when we ran across this list from the November issue so Managing Credit, Receivables & Collections, we thought we'd share.

1. As part of the information provided to the buyer, spell out the company name and address.

2. Work with the sales department to develop short, accurate descriptions of the goods sold.
